Conditions d'utilisation

Dernière mise à jour : 25 septembre 2026

1. Objet

2. Description du service

  • usurper l’identité d’un tiers ;
  • diffuser du contenu illicite, diffamatoire, ou portant atteinte aux droits d’autrui ;
  • tenter de compromettre la sécurité du service (intrusion, déni de service, reverse engineering) ;

11. Organizer space terms

Version dated 2026-09-25

These terms apply to anyone who joins the organizer space of a race organization on RAVIT. They supplement the terms of use; regarding the space, they take precedence in case of conflict.

Space access

RAVIT opens an organization's space and invites a first person to it; each member can then invite others by email. You join the space with a RAVIT account, by clicking “Join” after accepting these terms; the accepted version and its date are recorded. A member can leave the space or remove another member: removal closes access to the space without affecting that person's RAVIT account.

Publication

Members publish, for their organization, the data of its races: checkpoints, aid station contents, cut-off times, crew access, start time, GPX track, race page appearance and the organization's message. What they publish appears on the race page and in runners' plans, credited to the organization. Data published by the organization is no longer modified by RAVIT's automatic imports.

Member commitments

The member publishes on behalf of their organization and with its agreement. They undertake to publish accurate, up-to-date data, to publish an image or a logo only if the organization holds the rights needed to show it on RAVIT, and to publish in the organization's message only lawful content related to the race.

Liability

Data published from the space is published under the organization's responsibility; RAVIT hosts and displays it. RAVIT may remove an organization's message that has been reported or breaches these terms, informing the team, and may close access to a space in case of serious breach.

Rights granted to RAVIT

The organization grants RAVIT, for the duration of the space, the right to host, display, automatically translate and carry forward to the next edition of the race the content published from the space, solely for the purposes of the service.

Team and log

Members of the same space see each other's names, email addresses and roles, as well as the space log, which records each publication and each action on the team with its author and date.

Personal data

Processing of data related to the space is described in the privacy policy, section 15.

Changes

RAVIT may modify these terms. Each version bears its date; the version in effect when joining the space is the one accepted.

12. Coach mode

Version of 2026-10-3

These conditions apply when coaches in a RAVIT coach space prepare race plans for an athlete, and when that athlete links their RAVIT account to these plans. They supplement the terms of use.

The coach space and its coaches

A coach space brings together coaches from the same structure: team, club, or independent coach. It is opened by RAVIT, or created by a coach. Its managers invite and remove coaches; all coaches in the space see the space's athletes and the plans prepared for them, and can modify and comment on them. Each athlete has a lead coach, who alone receives emails about their comments and edits.

Data entered by the coach

The coach declares having the athlete's agreement before entering their data: name, UTMB Index, gender, age, weight, fluid and salt requirements, preferred products. This data is used solely for calculating the athlete's plans; it never enters the athlete's personal profile.

The personal link

Coaches send the athlete a personal link that shows their plans in read-only mode, without an account. As long as the athlete has not linked their account, anyone holding this link can read them; a coach in the space can revoke the link and create a new one at any time.

Linking your account

By linking their account, the athlete agrees that coaches in the space can see, modify, and comment on the plans they prepare for them, and that their lead coach is notified by email of their comments and edits. The list of coaches in the space is visible in their profile, under “My coaches”. The agreement, its date, and its version are recorded. After linking, the personal link shows nothing without the athlete's account.

RAVIT Administration

For support and plan checks, RAVIT administration can enter a coach space. There, it views, edits and comments on plans like a coach of the space, without appearing in the coach list or in “My coaches”. This access also covers athletes linked before this version of the terms: they are informed on their next visit and can unlink at any time from their profile. Each entry and exit by the administration is recorded.

Disconnect

The athlete can detach from a space at any time from their profile: no coach in that space can see anything from their plans or data, and the plans remain with the athlete. A coach can remove an athlete from the space; if the athlete has never linked their account, their plans and data are deleted.

Free access

The coach mode is offered by RAVIT to the space until the date set at its opening, or with no end date for a space created by a coach as long as RAVIT does not set one. For the athlete, a plan prepared by a coach in the space is offered: it requires no payment and does not consume their free race.
